AdSense is an easy program to grasp: it's a great form of an advertising bringing a lot of benefits to every person in the chain. And of course, seeing the results it can have on a business (and a publisher) people encourage this form of publicity.
For the browsing audience this is probably the most straightforward model available, because they can be directed to a lot of new sites they wouldn't have otherwise found. Needless to say, if you have an AdSense banner on your site, and a large number of visitors you'll know it offers a great financial benefit.
But why does it work for the people clicking the links, as opposed to a standard approach?
It is aided by today's society. With bloggers and information based articles on the internet, people may be encouraged to complete purchases, which adsense can provide links to relevant suppliers whilst also benefiting the publisher.
And the good thing about this is that it works for site visitors as well. In fact Google realized that by pleasing the people who are looking for something, and directing them to what they need faster, everybody wins.
It is because of this that a lot of websites promote through AdSense in both content and search. They do it because they ultimately learned that it works for everyone.
If we look in the past, we can realize that this kind of publicity has a great impact over the people, especially in the last few years. When we enter on a web site and we see a graphical banner, our first idea is to cancel it out of our mind, because it's of no concern to us.
That's why traditional banner advertising is wrong. It's precisely because people are becoming savvy that they don't look at a flashy banner because they think they'll be losing their time with it.
We've gotten accustomed to banners that don't interest us. And we're accustomed to them having nice graphics. So we naturally associate
the two things and think that a banner with nice graphics has nothing to tell us.
But we might look at a text-ad because we've grown accustomed to them being targeted at what we're looking for. Basically these advertisements have marketed themselves into being looked at by any visitor.
This is a typical "no fluff, just stuff" situation. And in the end it means the visitors will see what they're interested in, not some random cool graphics you throw at them.
As stated above, site visitors adopt this advertising mechanism, because it is efficient in leading them to pages of interest and can offer ton of things they really want to see. Someone coming across an article on adsense was probably looking for shoes or doing research on shoes when they came across the article.
And most importantly for everyone, including visitors, this scheme can only improve as the process gets further refined to make ads more relevant to what you're looking for, not just a couple of keywords on a site.
Nowadays, it is because of AdSense that Internet surfers are looking after more interesting related things from banners, and the companies behind the site (Google and the advertiser) need to have better ideas to display, as expectations have increased a great deal.
So could "Do no evil" actually work in today's cut throat competitive marketplace? Well, as you can see it can and it does. And you, as a visitor are the one who gets to enjoy this the most. Advertising becomes less of a burden and more of a benefit, and is still a benefit you can choose to ignore.
Less obtrusive banners; banners that you're actually likely to be interested in and click means you'll be less annoyed by surfing the web and feel like you as a visitor being offered a relevant service.
Although some may feel reluctant to read articles that are there purely to compel consumers, undoubtedly without this consideration they are useful. Ultimately the adverts mean that you don't have to go back to your homepage every time you are compelled to complete a purchase.

Adsense And The Surfer
A baut my, Sunday, May 31, 2009Tips To Get More From Adsense
A baut my, Saturday, May 30, 2009All webmasters and site owners who have been trying to earn from their sites must be aware of a monster called Adsense.
Adsense has presented a new and easy opportunity to earn money from your site. Adsense virtually allows any person who has built a content site or a blog to earn money, just by placing some code on their web pages. Adsense has given the ability to the web masters to concentrate on their sites rather than wasting time on trying to figure out what advertisements to put on their sites.
There are many web masters who make living on Adsense, but there are also many web masters who spend lot of time on figuring out the magic trick to earn from Adsense. Making a good living from Adsense might seem difficult but it is definitely not impossible.
Just placing Adsense code on your site is not enough if you are looking at Adsense as your only source of income. You need to experiment a lot with Adsense formats, placement and choice of keywords.
Whatever topic your site deals with, you should take care to build page around a specific topic. This ensures that the Adsense ads placed on the page, are relevant and useful to the visitors wanting to know more on the topic, and these visitors will eventually end up clicking the Adsense ad.
You should take care when placing your Adsense ads. If you read through Google help on Adsense, you will find the heat maps suggesting the best locations for your adverts. It is a proven fact that, one place the visitors look first on the site is the top left
position. Since this is the place that will have the visitor's attention, it definitely helps to place your Adsense ads there.
You should also consider placing the Adsense ads on high traffic pages. You will be able to identify the most visited pages on your site by looking at the logs or even your Google Analytics account, which provides you page by page details of visitors.
Though the banner and skyscrapers adverts look pretty good on your site, you should try to avoid using those on your site. Such banners are usually ignored by the visitors. Do you recollect clicking on any banner on a site you visited recently?
You should also use the Adsense formats to make sure your Adsense ads blend with your web pages. Google provides you different palettes to try font colors, backgrounds and borders. There is no point in placing an ad on the page which does not blend with your site and will effectively not be clicked by any visitor.
Another important factor ignored by most of the webmasters is the Adsense preview tool. Google provides with an excellent tool to help you preview the ads that appear on your page. This tool allows you to see the sample ads and formats, preview colors on your page, check the destination of the ads and geo targeted locations to see what visitors in other countries will see.
Besides the above mentioned factors, it is also important to have a definite focus on what you want to achieve. No matter how busy you are, you should always spare some time to experiment with the Adsense ads to improve the CTR. Whatever experts say, just following the basics, is really the magic of making more from Adsense.

Adsense Secrets Exclusively Revealed
A baut my, Friday, May 29, 2009I bet that title got your attention, right? Well I hate to tell you this but the truth is there are no Adsense secrets. It's all nothing more than hype put about by various internet marketers who want you to buy their product.
Okay maybe that's a little harsh as there are some very good Adsense guides out there, but the point I want to get across is that the real secret is that anyone can make money with Google Adsense. All you need to do is create a website or blog with quality content, display the Adsense ads in the most prominent places of every web page (ie where they will get the most clicks) and drive traffic to your site.
Sounds easy I know, but that's all there is to it. The crucial part is getting traffic to your site. You can create a site with great content, with ad blocks in all the right places, but if no-one knows about it's presence then you're never going to get anyone visiting your site and clicking on your ads.
There are numerous ways of getting traffic to your site. These include things like exchanging links with other related sites, obtaining links from directories, posting on forums, creating blogs and linking to your site, writing articles and submitting them to article directories and ezine publishers, creating viral ebooks, and so on.
Once you have traffic to your site you can then start testing your Adsense clicks and ad placement to increase your earnings further. There's no hard and fast rules that apply to every single site because every site has different layouts and will have different 'hotspots',
so testing is vitally important if you want to increase your click-thru rate.
There are, however, a few things that you should consider to maximise your Adsense earnings.
Firstly, I would say that it's always a good idea to make sure your ads blend in with your site as much as possible so they don't look like separate ads. Remove any borders and background colors and use the same colour link text as the other links on your page.
Also, it's always a good idea to place a large ad block above the fold so it's viewed by your visitors as soon as they enter your website. In addition, I've always found that ads that are displayed within the actual content (about half way down the page) also do well, if the page contains a lot of content, or at the end of your content for shorter pages, so you give your visitors an opportunity to click on your ads when they've reached the bottom of the page.
I don't personally like skyscraper ads, but as I've said before it's all about testing. You may well find that for your own particular site layout, these ad blocks perform well and achieve high click-thru rates.
Other things you can do include tweaking the keyword density on each page to ensure that the right types of ads are displaying, as well as removing the 'advertise on this site' text (which Google allows at the time of writing).
Ultimately though it's all about creating quality content on a regular basis, driving as much traffic as you possibly can to your sites using the various different methods of generating traffic, and testing different ad placements to obtain the maximum number of click-thrus. They're the real Adsense secrets.

Sense and Nonsense About Adsense
A baut my, Thursday, May 28, 2009Picture someone passing a high tech advertising hoarding and noticing that it shows Palm fringed beaches in a Pacific paradise and then when a second person goes by and the hoarding changes to show a childrens' party and finally a third person walks by and the hoarding shows a picture of President Hilary Clinton going into the Oval Office!
What the fictional high tech advertising hoarding above was doing was showing advertisements relevant to what the passing individual was thinking about. And of course all that was science fiction. But advertising relevant to what the shopper is thinking of and searching for is already here. It is called "Contextual Advertising". And it is so remarkable that I indulged in a little "science fiction" above, to bring it to your attention.
Google Adsense is the most well known of the many Contextual Advertising Systems. And the one most targeted over the last year by marketers claiming to show us all how to make a fortune just by pasting a little snippet of JavaScript on our website.
Thousands of Internet Newbies have bought such nonsense. Just as a surefire way of making money during the Gold Rush was to
sell picks and shovels, a surefire way of making money nowadays is to market "Adsense Nonsense".
Contextual Advertising works very well for advertisers since it matches the information on the page and may lead to exactly what the shopper or surfer was looking for; it works for publishers and webmasters since it can serve webpages devoted to virtually any subject. And the shopper frequently gets exactly what they were looking for.
But the Internet newbie who thought that putting Adsense on their blog or website was going to lead to a high income is usually disappointed as months go by and single figure earnings stubbornly persist.
In many cases Adsense may not be the best monetisation option. The only way to know is to try various options and track and record the results. Many webmasters have found affiliate programs that pay them better than adsense.
Contextual Advertising is a clever and effective tool. Whether or not it is appropriate on a particular website or blog is a moot point. The only proper advice to a Newbie webmaster or blogger is try different advertising alternatives from Clickbank, Commision Junction or even Amazon and find out for themselves which works best for them on their site for their niche.

Banned From Adsense!
A baut my, Wednesday, May 27, 2009Many people have started using Google's AdSense program, but there are some who find it a bit too uncertain or simply not suiting their own requirements from an ad program.
But thankfully for such people, there are many alternatives to AdSense which attempt to alleviate some of its shortcomings. Here is a list of the most noteworthy ones from the lot with a description concerning each one.
AllFeeds (allfeeds.com)
AllFeeds has a great pool of online advertisers to choose from. It also features many display formats that you can choose from. These include banners, buttons, XML feeds, DHTML pop-ups and so on. It also features real time reporting of your ad status. The site will mail a check every month, provided that you earn more then $25.00, while rolling over earnings for the next month if you don't. Another interesting thing about AllFeeds is that it integrates with Google AdSense, maximizing your earnings with AdSense.
MarketBanker (marketbanker.com)
MarketBanker allows you the unique possiblity to set the pricing for your site. It also allows you to allow or reject any link that appears on your site (although AdSense itself does a very good job of this as well, with URL filters) There's also a statistics section which will allow you to see how well your site is doing. The ads are small just like AdSense's and they're just as easy to set up. Also, registration for MarketBanker is free.
BidClix (bidclix.com)
BidClix is different because it has advertisers compete for clicks on your site, which in turn is meant to generate the highest possible profits for your page. It also has a very large pool of advertisers which ensure there are plenty of people to choose your site. However, it does require more polish on site contents then AdSense. As most sites, real time statistics are available and its very easy to get started with this service, but it's also very flexible.
Chitika (realcontext.com)
RealContext uses Artificial intelligence to retrieve the most relevant ads for your page. And there's an extra feature which makes RealContext unique as well. Keywords are selected based upon which previous selections payed off and which didn't. That means there's a constant feedback process that ensures you gain better revenue from your ads. It also supports
blocking certain adds and child-safe filtering and many more options.
AdHearus (adhearus.com)
AdHearus is a very feature-packed contextual ad provider. As with AdSense, advertisements are targeted but it doesn't stop here at all. The ads are very flexible, you can select from text-ads, banners, rectangles, pop-ups, pop-unders or skyscrapers. You can also display your own ads, through rotation, both on your site and on other affiliate sites, which makes AdHearus a hybrid with conventional advertising technologies. There's a very comprehensive on-line real time reporting feature and, as usual with such services, starting out is free and it's a breeze.
AffiliateSensor (affiliatesensor)
AffiliateSensor has highly customizable ad blocks, which you can make for yourself with an easy to use on-line interface. You also get realtime reporting with clicks-by-domain, page and refferer. There's integration with Google AdSense as well, through the google_alternate_ad_url so AffiliateSensor can be used as a substitute for Google PSA's (Public Service Ads).
Kanoodle Bright Ads (kanoodle.com)
Kanoodle's offering allows publishers to get ads related to topics or segments, and not the traditional keyword oriented ads. The site also groups publisher sites with advertisers by hand to ensure high-revenue generating ads. And speaking of revenue, the amount of money you receive is a clear 50% share of the amount of money Kanoodle recieves for an advertiser.
TargetPoint (targetpoint.)
TargetPoint is oriented more towards content publishers. It offers full control over the look the ads, statistics over your site's overall performance and better revenue. It's free to register and you earn a guaranteed 60% of the total revenue. You can get payed with Paypal of Bank checks and (most times) wire transfers as well.
Clicksor (clicksor.com)
Clicksor will earn you as much as 60% from the amount of money your website produces. What you get is about the same as AdSense, there are targeted text ads, you can view the revenues from your website in real time. You can receive money via PayPal or through a check every two weeks, provided that you have earned more then $50. If you haven't made that much, your earning roll over to the next period
You need to have optimized niche website templates for best results. You may find the best adsense templates and blog templates at(adsensetemplates.com). They are offering 100 fresh new templates every month.

How To Avoid Getting Your Adsense Account Terminated
A baut my, Tuesday, May 26, 2009Google, being the undisputable leader in search engines from then until now, is placing a high importance on the quality and relevancy of its search engines. Most especially now that the company is public property. In order to keep the shareholders and users of its engines happy, the quality of the returned results are given extreme importance.
For this same reason, doing the wrong things in the Adsense and other forms of advertisements, whether intentionally or unintentionally, will result in a severe penalty, may get you banned and even have your account terminated. Nothing like a good action taken to keep wrongdoers from doing the same things over again.
So for those who are thinking of getting a career in Adsense, do not just think of the strategies you will be using to generate more earnings. Consider some things first before you actually get involved.
Hidden texts. Filling your advertisement page with texts to small to read, has the same color as the background and using css for the sole purpose of loading them with rich keywords content and copy will earn you a penalty award that is given to those who are hiding links.
Page cloaking. There is a common practice of using browser or bot sniffers to serve the bots of a different page other than the page your visitors will see. Loading a page with a bot that a human user will never see is a definite no-no. This is tricking them to click on something that you want but they may not want to go to.
Multiple submissions. Submitting multiple copies of your domain and pages is another thing to stay away from. For example, trying to submit a URL of an Adsense as two separate URL's is the same as inviting trouble and even termination. Likewise, this is a reason to avoid auto submitters for those who are receiving submissions. Better check first if your domain is submitted already an a certain search engine before you
try to submit to it again. If you see it there, then move on. No point contemplating whether to try and submit there again.
Link farms. Be wary of who and what are you linking your Adsense to. The search engines know that you cannot control your links in. But you can certainly control what you link to. Link farming has always been a rotten apple in the eyes of search engines, especially Google. That is reason enough to try and avoid them. Having a link higher than 100 on a single page will classify you as a link farm so try and not to make them higher than that.
Page rank for sale. If you have been online for quite some time, you will notice that there are some sites selling their PR links or trading them with other sites. If you are doing this, expect a ban anytime in the future. It is okay to sell ads or gain the link. But doing it on direct advertisement of your page rank is a way to get on search engines bad side.
Doorways. This is similar to cloaking pages. The common practice of a page loaded with choice keyword ads aimed at redirecting visitors to another "user-friendly" page is a big issue among search engines. There are many seo firms offering this kind of services. Now that you know what they actually are, try to avoid them at all costs.
Multiple domains having the same content. In case you are not aware of it, search engines look at domains IP's, registry dates and many others. Having multiple domains having the same exact content is not something you can hide from them. The same goes with content multiplied many times on separate pages, sub domains and forwarding multiple domains to the same content.
Many of the above techniques apply to most search engines and is not entirely for Google only. By having a mind set that you are building your Adsense together with your pages for the human users and not for bots, you can be assured of the great things for your ads and sites.
Not to mention avoiding the wrath of the search engines and getting your Adsense and site account terminated altogether.

Adsense and Real Estate Web Sites; An Additional Source of Revenue
A baut my, Monday, May 25, 2009Adsense is a simple concept! The publisher or the realtor (that's you) inserts a java script into their website. And each time the page is accessed, the java script will pull advertisements from the Adsense program.
The ads that are targeted will be related to the content that is contained on the web page serving the ad. If a visitor clicks on an advertisement, you, as the webmaster serving the ad, will earn a portion of the money that the advertiser is paying the search engine for the click.
Inspiring Facts
Fact number 1: Kids in high school are making thousands of dollars every month with Adsense.
Fact number 2: Housewives, retirees, mom and dads, who are just staying at home and have never made a dime on the internet have created full-time incomes by simply placing Adsense ads on their web site or blog.
What his goes to show is that anyone, any age or gender can become money generating Adsense publishers...period!
When you accumulate $100.00 in earnings, Google Adsense will send you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to the payment address you supplied when you signed up. This is just another security precaution that Adsense has in place to protect their publishers.
Once you've been mailed a PIN number, your account payments will be on hold until the PIN is entered in your account. You can still have access to your account and earn money; you just won't be paid until the PIN is entered. If it hasn't been entered within 1 year, your account will be disabled.
To enter your PIN after you receive it in the mail,
log into your Google Adsense account. Click on the My Account tab, then click on edit. Update the appropriate field and click submit changes. It would also be a good time to check your contact information and make sure it is correct. You're now well on your way to receiving your first Google Adsense check.
What Are URL Channels and How to Organize Them
URL Channels allow you to view detailed information about the performance of your Adsense for Content pages.
Suppose you have two blogs, one about writing and the other about jogging. It might be interesting and profitable to track which one is getting more clicks.
Log in to your Adsense account and click on Adsense for Content. Scroll down until you see Channels and click on manage channels. You may need to scroll up when the next page loads. Under Manage URL Channels you would type writing and click on Create New Channel.
You will immediately see writing in the Active URL Channels dialogue box. Now type in jogging in the same channel text box and again click on Create New Channel. You now have two channels and you will be able to track your progress on each channel.
You can view channel reports from the Advanced Report page under the Reports tab. Choose Adsense for Content, choose the date range and then select the Channels Data radio button.
Choose any number of active channels by holding down the CTRL key. Next click on Display Report. It's as easy as that.
Summarily, there's no magic involved in generating AdSense income. Instead, it's a simple concept that is easy to implement. All it takes to succeed is a little time and effort, like most other things that are worthwhile.

Multiple Streams of Income For Realtors; Making Sense of Adsense
A baut my, Sunday, May 24, 2009Have a website? If you do you might be able to create a stream of income by placing ads relevant to your site's content and earning money with visitors click on the ads. Adsence is a great way to generate passive income. The more your web site visitors click on the links the more money you'll make!
High Demand, Big Profits.
The key to success with Adsense is the placing of ads on pages that are receiving high traffic for high demand keywords. The higher the cost-per-click to the advertiser, the more you will receive per click from your site.
Obviously, it does not pay to target low cost-per-click keywords and place them on pages that do not receive hits.
It' so easy high school kids are making thousands of dollars every month with Adsense. Housewives, retirees, mom and dads, who are just staying at home and have never made a dime on the internet have created full-time incomes by simply placing Adsense ads on their web sites and blogs.
What his goes to show is that anyone, any age or gender can become money generating Adsense publishers...period!
Rules of Engagement
Most assuredly, Google Adsense is a fun and easy way to make extra money, but it's a serious business. So, it's important to follow the rules as Google is serious about the integrity of this program. Consequently, if you break the rules it could result in your Google Adsense account being terminated.
Never, ever, ever click on your own ads. Google Adsense makes it very clear this won't be tolerated.
Don't ask your friends and family to click on your ads. Rather, earn money by referring them to the Google Adsense program.
Finally, don't participate in
the Google Adsense program strictly for the money. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It will take time and hard work to make a profit.
Although the Google Adsense program is extremely user-friendly, it may take a little time to integrate all the facets of the program. So, don't worry if you don't understand everything the first day. Be patient and above all, have fun!
Show Me the Money
How Much Money Can You Make With Google Adsense? How much do you want to make? How hard do you want to work? And how much time do you want to spend working the Google Adsense program?
These are the questions you must ask yourself in order to answer that question.
But look at it this way. How many business opportunities come your way where the only requirement is hard work and the time it takes to work hard? Not many. Almost any business venture requires some kind of start-up money.
If your total earnings is showing 0.00 after a week, not to worry. Keep reading and learning and working. If however, you're still showing 0.00 after a month, it may be time to implement some of those optimization tips you'll find on the Google Adsense Support Site.
Play around with the placement of the ads on your site. Consider changing the colors. Look again at the content. Is it interesting?
As with any other business, with the Google Adsense program, the sky is the limit. Work hard. Work smart. Have fun. After all, you're the boss.
Hopefully, these helpful tips will ease you into using the program and help you avoid mistakes that could possibly cost you a lot of time or money.
AdSense makes perfect sense for agents with web sites. It's a passive way to generate income doing something that you'd be doing anyway - marketing your services 24/7 via your real estate web site.

Adsense and Real Estate Web Sites; Making Money Online
A baut my, Saturday, May 23, 2009If you're looking for a passive source of income you ought to consider Adsense. After all, I can't think of a more passive source of way of generating income!
Below are 4 easy steps to generating Adsense income!
1. Choose one topic per page. It is best to write a content for your page with just a few targeted phrases. The search engine will then serve ads that are most relevant to your content, which will then result in higher clickthoughs.
2. Use white space around your ads. This can make your ad stand out from the rest of your page so that visitors can spot them more easily. Also, expeiment with the colors provided by Googe, so as to harmonize the color of your ad with the web page color.
3. Test your ad placement. It is recommended to use the vertical format that runs down the side of the web page to get more positive results. You can also try both horizontal and vertical formats for a certain period of time to see which one will give you better results. Googe provides a more comprhensive explanation of this on their site than I do here.
4. Add more content-based pages to your web site. Widen the theme of your website by creating pages that focus more on your keyword phrases. This will optimize the pages for the search engines, result in increased traffic and serve up more relevant Adsense Ads to be displayed.
Direct Deposit Your Earnings
Google adsense offers various payment options for publishers. Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF) is offered in 16 countries whereby your payments are deposited directly into your bank account in your local currency. Check Google Adsense support to see which countries participate in this option.
You will need to sign up for this option after your application is approved by signing into your account. You then click the edit link adjacent to the payment header. After you fill out the bank information, Google Adsense will make a small test deposit into your account. This is for security purposes to assure the account is really your own.
Watch your account for the test deposit to post, usually within just a few days. After you have received the deposit from Google, log back in to your account and in the Payment Details section, click Verify Account.
You then will need to enter the amount of the test deposit. If you do not complete this step,
your payments will be on hold. Once you enter the test deposit amount correctly, your bank will be approved and selected as your form of payment.
Preview Tool.
The Google Adsense Preview Tool allows you to preview the ads that may show on any web page, thereby letting you make an educated decision on whether to add Google Adsense to your existing pages.
You can also view sample ad formats and colors which will allow you to see how the colors and formats you want to appear in your ads will look before they actually launch on your pages.
You can also view borders, backgrounds and text colors from the preview tool and by clicking preview you can see how these will look with actual ads.
You can also see geo-targeted location ads meaning you can see what ads users in Canada can see even if you live in Japan.
The Preview Tool is available in all active Adsense languages and is easy to install. For specific installation instructions, you'll need to go to the Google Adsense Support site. Follow the instructions and click on the link provided and you'll be a previewing genius in no time!
URL Channels and How to Organize Them
URL Channels allow you to view detailed information about the performance of your Adsense for Content pages.
Suppose you have a blog at writingup.com and you also have a blog at bloggerparty.com. It might be interesting and profitable to track which one is getting more clicks.
Log in to your Adsense account and click on Adsense for Content. Scroll down until you see Channels and click on manage channels. You may need to scroll up when the next page loads. Under Manage URL Channels you would type writingup.com and click on Create New Channel.
You will immediately see writingup.com in the Active URL Channels dialogue box. Now type in bloggerparty.com in the same channel text box and again click on Create New Channel. You now have two channels and you will be able to track your progress on each channel.

Best Ad Unit
The one ad format that seems to consistently earn more then any other ad and also the one that is favored by the majority is the Large Rectangle (336X280). This ad format has the ability to create a higher CTR, or the click-through rates. Why does this ad tend to outperform all of the others when there are so many other options out there? Basically because the ads will look like normal web links, and people, being used to clicking on them, click these types of links. They may or may not know they are clicking on your Adsense but as long as there are clicks, then it will all be for your advantage.
Use Custom Color Palettes
Create a custom palette for your ads. Choose a color that will go well with the background of your site. If your site has a white background, try to use white as the color of your ad border and background. The idea to patterning the colors is to make the Adsense look like it is part of the web pages. webmaster leave money on the table. You see they sign up and get the ad units up and on their site. However, they bury the ads down at the bottom of the page well hidden from most users. Many webmasters do this because they don't want their site to be filled with too many ads as they feel it ruins the design. While most will agree that the ads are not the most attractive element if you are even reading this article then obviously you are looking to earn more from adsense so just get rid of the notion of a beautiful site and instead focus on a money producing site no matter what it looks like. In fact some of the top earning sites are the ugliest.
Got Links?
Maintain links to relevant websites. If you think some sites are better off than the others, put your ads there and try to maintaining and managing them. If there is already lots of Adsense put into that certain site, put yours on top of all of them. That way visitor will see your ads first upon browsing into that site.
Automate Ads
Try to automate the insertion of your Adsense code into the web pages using SSI (or server side included). Ask your web administrator if your server supports SSI or not. How do you do it? Just save your Adsense code in a text file, save it as "adsense text", and upload it to the root directory of the web server. Then using SSI, call the code on other pages. This tip is a time saver especially for those who are using automatic page generators to generate pages on their website.
These are a few of the most basic and starting tips that have worked well for those who generate hundreds and even thousands from their websites. It is important to know though that ads are displayed because it fits the interest of the people viewing them. So focusing on a specific topic should be your primary purpose because the displays will be especially targeted on a topic that persons will be viewing already.
Every site will perform differently and there are no hard and fast rules. The above will give you some good ideas of things to start with. The ultimate trick to earning from adsense to is try many different things out and always test your results. Make one change at a time and then test the difference. Implement the things that increase your earning and drop or forget those that don't. The tips given are complied by those that have boosted their earnings and are therefore just guidelines. If they have worked wonders to some, maybe it can work wonders for you too. Try them out on your ads and see the results it will bring. If others have done it, there is nothing wrong trying it out for yourself.

Making Sense Of Google Adsense!
A baut my, Thursday, May 21, 2009Brian is a webmaster. Well, he likes to think he is anyway. All you have to do is have a website up, right? His website is about contact lenses. He has some experience with them and what he doesn't know, he learns. He has spent the last several days trying to figure out a way to make money on his website. He has some traffic coming to the site already and is working on building that. But, he has heard of a program that can give him additional profit by doing very little. And, it was something offered by Google which means it has to be good, right?
What Brian doesn't know is that Google Adsense is a great way to make additional income to his website by doing next to nothing really. The program is run by Google, a well known (probably the best) search engine on the internet. What it does is very simple. For Brian, it worked like this. Since his website was about contact lenses, Google Adsense would place ads on his website that were related to contact lenses. It will do this for anyone, on virtually any topic out there. Any time a visitor comes to your website and visits a sponsor (the ads that Google place there) you get a small cut in the profits.
Understanding Google Adsense
Once you design a website, you will contact the Google Adsense program. They will request information about your website and then give you a code to use. You insert the code as directed on your website and almost magically ads will appear on your website that are very close to or right on your subject matter. It works simply.
Google charges the individuals that place the ad a certain amount. When someone clicks on the ad, visits the website and/or makes a purchase, the Google Adsense program credits your account with part of the fee. The benefit of this is that it is all automatic. You don't have to track
down individuals to pay for their ad space nor do you need to worry about having ads there. Some ads are worth far more than others and you can even research this and develop websites around these high paying ads.
Google Adsense is quite a straightforward and simple program. Most of the time, individuals use this type of advertising as a supplement to their current income stream. For example, they may be using affiliate programs, selling their own product or otherwise promoting something. Using these ads to supplement a profit stream into the website is the ideal way to go.
If you build up your website to attract a good amount of visitors to it, then you may be able to make a solid income from Google Adsense in itself. To do this, you will need to market your website to gain enough traffic to it so that those individuals will click on the Ads by Google and bring you some profits.
The Pros And Cons
This advertising program is used by many, many people. Webmasters love how simple the program is to use. If this is the only type of marketing you plan to do, though, you'll need to work hard to benefit from it. You'll need to have targeted traffic which is individuals that actually will be interested in the ads that Google is providing. You will also need to make sure to get as many individuals to your website as possible. In most cases, you get only pennies for clicks. Some may pay several dollars if you are very lucky.
Another important factor to note is that you'll need to insure that you do all that Google asks of you. For example, in the terms of service, you'll find laid out many things that are illegal for you to do. You can't click on your own ads, for example. This is called click fraud. You can't use Google ads on such things as pop up ads or on websites that promote adult topics. With that said, as long as you follow the rules, Google Adsense can be a good way to make a stream of income really easily.

Don't Get Sucked in By the AdSense Hype
A baut my, Wednesday, May 20, 2009When we began updating our company's Internet marketing strategy, we figured - based on all the hype, that we should consider integrating Google's AdSense contextual advertising into it. After all we've got a lot of original content, some of which has been getting a fair amount or traffic since 1999. Would AdSense help us further monitize that?
We are business coaches and consultants with over a century of experience helping business owners redesign their companies for the future. Our web site was established to help us do that and it has been advertiser supported since it was launched in 1999.
What we heard about AdSense made it sound like the perfect solution for us. The ads displayed are supposed to be relevant to the content on the page. We swap in the code - they do the rest, sell the ads, collect the money and send us a check. What could be better than that?
There was a catch however. In order to learn about AdSense, more than the bare bones explanation available on Google, we had to do online research, which connected us to the AdSense Internet marketers selling every sort of secret process and system anyone could imagine. The results were overwhelming.
Once I clicked on a link for more information - it all goes back to that single click, I was bombarded by the "make a fortune", "generate massive traffic", "explode your AdSense revenue", "capture high paying keywords", and the rest of the "unlimited profit from AdSense" brigade. What a bunch of baloney!
What I found out, with that first click, was if you request information from one of the AdSense "make a fortune" people, you end up getting email from them 24/7/365 and from all of their joint venture partners as well. If the get out the vote people were as effective as these marketers we'd have a 90% turnout at the polls. But I digress.
During the six months or so that we went through this I spoke to numerous business coaches and others who have been seduced by the hype and wasted their time optimizing their web sites for Google's AdSense, which only served to get people they wanted to do business with to leave them for their competitors. They were optimizing their web sites so that people who would otherwise pay them hundreds or thousands of dollars in fees, would click on a well placed AdSense link and they'd receive thirty cents instead.
Last night, when I was thinking about this article, I received another seductive AdSense guru's email. I found myself rethinking what we are doing - that is working very well than you very much, listening and watching
the video he sent and saying to myself, "Hey, it's only a hundred and thirty seven bucks, what if it works?"
Fortunately the ball game came on before I could buy it, which would have resulted in me losing my focus on what's already working. I deleted the email and put this guy on my junk mail filter's list.
So be smart, don't you get on the "make a fortune with AdSense" bandwagon. You won't make a fortune and you'll undermine everything else you're doing.
I am not saying that AdSense is a bad thing. We now have AdSense code on 3,000 pages of stories, articles, and resources for business owners and professionals - it's free money from people we are never going to do business with anyway. But it is not our focus. If you visit our web site you'll see how we integrate it, hopefully making it attractive to the people who are not our ideal prospects.
We created and continually develop our web site with the primary objective of connecting with people who'll contact us about our services. Everything we do is to cast our net in a wider and wider circle to connect with people who have never heard of us, so they'll contact us when they are ready to buy our services.
If, after seeing what we're offering, they don't want to contact us - well they're going to leave and go somewhere else. What AdSense does is create a logical place for them to go next, and we get paid for it.
It's like getting all the people who don't buy from us to pay us. Now that's profit! The better job we do with all the search engine stuff the more relevant the AdSense adds are so not only do the right people (potentially) visit our web site to do business with us AND the more likely the other are to leave via an AdSense ad when they don't think we have what they are looking for. Last month we had a click through rate of 8.53%. We'd have been nuts to overlook AdSense.
Just don't be seduced down the hype-filled path toward disillusionment. Focus your efforts on building your business, not the business of the Internet marketers who want to sell you their so-called "insider secrets".
When you do sign up for AdSense and this is a must, use it wisely - to get paid by the people who will never be your customers anyway. You won't make a zillion dollars in AdSense riches like the hucksters say you will, but that would never have happened anyway.
However, your total revenues will grow as your Internet marketing strategy becomes more effective.
And you'll have put a turnstile on the door many of your non-prospects will be using when they leave your site forever. Those people you were never going to meet or do business with will be dropping those nickels, dimes, quarters, and dollars in your pocket as they leave. A perfect strategy!

5 Great Tactics To Explode Your Adsense Earnings
A baut my, Tuesday, May 19, 2009Adsense is a great way for many webmasters to monetize their websites. There are two kinds of earnings scenarios.
One is webmasters who are either losing money or having a great deal of difficulty to make whatever little money from Adsense. Another is "geniuses" who are enjoying hundreds of dollars a day from their ads.
What makes these webmasters different from the other kind is that they are different and they think out of the box.
The ones who have been there and done it have useful tactics to share with those venturing into the field. These tactics have proven its worth and will continue to do so.
Here are the 5 proven tactics on how best to increase your Adsense earnings.
1. Focus on only one Adsense format. The one format that worked well for the majority is the Large Rectangle (336X280). This same format has proven to result in higher click-through rates. So why only choose this format? Basically because the ads blends in like normal web links, and people, being used to clicking on them, click on them. They may or may not know they are clicking on your Adsense but as long as there are clicks, then it will all be for your advantage.
2. Create your own custom Adsense palette. Choose a color that will match the background of your site. If your site has a white background, use white as the color of your ad border and background. The idea to match the colors so that the Adsense looks like it is part of the web pages. Again, this will result to more clicks from people visiting your site.
3. Remove the Adsense from the bottom pages of your site and put them at the top. Do not try to hide them. Make them obvious to people. You will be surprised how the difference between Adsense
locations can make when you see your earnings.
4. Maintain links to relevant websites. If you think some sites are better off, then put your ads there and try to maintain and manage them. If there is already many other Adsense ads put into that certain site, put yours above all of them. That way visitor will see your ads first upon browsing into that site.
5. Try to automate the insertion of your Adsense code into the webpages using SSI (or server side included). Ask your web administrator if your server supports SSI or not. How do you do it? Just save your Adsense code in a text file, and upload it to the root directory of the web server. Then using SSI, call the code on other pages. This tip is a time saver especially for those who are using automatic page generators to generate pages on their website.
These are some of the Adsense tactics that have worked well for some who want to generate hundreds and even thousands on their websites. It is important to know though that ads are displayed because it fits the interest of the people viewing them. So focusing on a specific topic should be your primary purpose because the displays will be especially targeted on a topic that persons will be viewing already.
Take note there is a lot of competition out there. So it is best to think of making a good ad that will be somewhat different and unique than the ones already done. Every clickthrough that visitors make is a point for you so make every click count by making your Adsense something that people will definitely click on.
Tips given by those who have boosted their earnings are just guidelines they want to share with others. If they have somehow worked wonders to some, maybe it can work wonders for you too. Try them out into your ads and see the result it will bring.
If others have done it, there is nothing wrong trying it out for yourself.

Leverage Other People's Content To Boost Your Adsense Cash
A baut my, Monday, May 18, 2009Adsense is either causing you to lose or win in the affiliate marketing industry now. And if you are in a losing rather than winning in the affiliate program.
Maybe it is about time to consider going into the Adsense marketing and start earning some real cash.
You do not have to look for relevant ads yourselves as Google search engine will be doing the searching for you. It will match the ads with the content on the pages.
You do not have to spend time in choosing different kind of ads for different pages. And no codes to mess around for different affiliate programs.
You will just need to focus on providing good and quality content, as the search engines will be the ones finding the best ads in which to put your pages on.
You are still allowed to add Adsense ads even if you already have affiliate links on your site. It is prohibited, however, to imitate the look and feel of the Google ads for your affiliate links.
You can filter up to 200 URLs allowing you to block the sites that do not meet your guidelines. You can also block competitors. Though it is unavoidable that Adsense may be competing for some space on web sites that all other revenues are sharing.
Owners of small sites can now instantly have relevant text ads that appeal to your visitors appear into their pages. If you own many sites, you only need to apply once. It makes up for having to apply to many affiliate programs.
The only way to know how much you are already earning is to try and see. If you want out, all you have to do is remove the code from your site.
The payment rates can vary extremely. The Adsense payment you will be receiving per click depends on how
much advertisers are paying per click to advertise with the use of the AdWords.
Advertisers can pay as little as 5 cents and as high as $10-12, sometimes even more than that too. You are earning a share of that money generated.
If your Adsense results remain inactive, you can try and build simple and uncluttered pages so that the ads can catch the visitor's eyes more. Sometimes, it is better to be unique than following the crowd.
You also have the option to have your ads displayed only on a certain site or sites. You can allow them to be displayed on a large network of sites. The choice would be depending on what you think will work best for your advantage.
To get an idea if some Adsense ads you see on the search engines have your pages, try to find web pages that have similar material to the content you are planning to create and look up their Adsense ads.
It is important to note that you cannot choose certain topics only. If you do this, search engines will not place Adsense ads on your site and you will be missing out a great opportunity in making hundreds and even thousands of dollars cash.
It is still wise to model after other people's Adsense site. Just think about it as doing you a favor by not having to work too hard to know what content to have.
Topic to be avoided includes gambling, firearms, ammunition, tobacco or drugs. If you are being offered more cash in exchange of doing Adsense with these kinds, it is just like signing your own termination paper.
With all these Adsense information that people need in your hands already, all you have to do is turn them as your profits. It all boils down to a gain and gain situation both for the content site owners and the webmasters or publishers.
Start leveraging other people's content and start earning some extra cash.

The Surefire Ways To Maximize Your Adsense Earnings Instantly
A baut my, Sunday, May 17, 2009Adsense can generate a considerable amount of advertising income for some webmasters. That is why most of them use it to go after high paying keywords. They have those much coveted lists that tell them what the high paying keywords are. However, after inserting these supposed-to-be high paying keywords into their webpages, the money they expected to come rolling in is not really coming in.
What is it that they are doing wrong?
Having the pages with the proper adsense keywords is one thing. But driving visitors to those pages is another matter and often the factor that is lacking.
The thing is, to get visitors to your high paying adsense keyword pages; you need to optimize your site navigation.
Stop for a moment and think about how visitors are using your website. After a visitor has landed on a certain page, they have the tendency to click on another page that sounds interesting. They get there because of the other links that appears on a page that they initially landed on. This is site navigation. It is all about enabling visitors to move about your site and one way of maximizing your Adsense earnings.
A typical website has menu links on each page. The wording on these links is what grabs a visitor's attention and gets them to click on one of the links that will take them to another page of that website. Links that have "free' or "download" are oftentimes good attention-grabbers.
This navigation logic can also be applied to driving traffic to your high paying adsense pages. There are some websites that are getting a lot of traffic from search engines, but have low earnings. The trick is to try and use come cleverly labeled links to get the visitors off that pages and navigate them to the higher earning ones. This is one great way of turning real cheap clicks to real dollars.
Before you begin testing if this same style will work for you and your website, you need to have two
things. Something to track and compare and some high paying adsense pages you want to funnel your site traffic to. An option is to select a few of your frequently visited pages. This is ensuring fast result to come by.
Now, the next thing to do is think of ways to get visitors viewing a particular page to try and click on the link that will take them to your high paying adsense pages. Come up with a catchy description for that link. Come up with a catchy and unique description for the link. Think of something that people do not get to see everyday. That will trigger their curiosity enough to try and see what that was all about.
You can also use graphics to grab your readers' attention. There is no limitation to what you can do to make your link noticeable. If you are after the success of your site, you will do everything it takes just to achieve that goal. Just be creative. As far as many Adsense advertisers are concerned, there are no written and unwritten laws to follow regarding what they write. Just as long as you do not overstep the guidelines of the search engines, then go for it.
Also remember that it is all about location, location and location. Once the perfect attention grabbing description has been achieved, you have to identify the perfect spot on your page to position that descriptive link to your high paying adsense page.
There is nothing wrong with visiting other adsense websites to see how they are going about maximizing their site navigation. "Hot pages" or "Most read" lists are very common and overly used already. Get to know the ones that many websites are using and do not try to imitate them.
Another way of doing it is to try and use different texts on different adsense pages. That way you will see the ones that work and what does not. Try to mix things around also. Put links on top and sometimes on the bottom too. This is how you go about testing which ones get more clicks and which ones are being ignored.
Let the adsense testing begin. Testing and tracking until you find the site navigation style that works best for you site.

The Simple Basics On Making Money With Adsense
A baut my, Saturday, May 16, 2009Adsense is considered as one of the most powerful tool in a website publisher's arsenal. It enables a person to monetize their sites easily. If used properly, it can generate a very large and healthy income for them. However if you are not using them rightly and just maximizing the income you squeeze from it, you are actually leaving a lot of money on the table. Something all people hate doing.
How you can start earning money with Adsense can be done easily and quickly. You will be amazed at the results you will be getting in such a short period of time.
Start by writing some quality content articles which are also keyword incorporated. There are a lot of people given the gift of being good with words. Writing comes easy for them. Why not make it work in such a way that you will be earning some extra cash in the process.
There are actually three steps to put into mind before you begin writing your ads and having an effective Adsense.
Keyword search. Find some popular subjects, keywords or phrase. Select the ones which you think has more people clicking through. This is actually a keyword selector and suggestion tool that some sites are offering to those who are just their Adsense business.
Writing articles. Start writing original content with keywords from the topics that you have achieved in your search. Take note that search engines are taking pride in the quality of their articles and what you will be writing should keep up with their demands.
Quality content site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Adsense ads that is targeting the subject and keywords of your articles and websites. This is where all that you've done initially will go to and this is also where they will prove their worth to you.
The proper positioning of your ads should be done with care. Try to position your ads where surfers are most likely to click on them. According to research, the one place that
surfers look first when they visit a certain site is the top left. The reason behind this is not known. Maybe it is because some of the most useful search engine results are at the top of all other rankings. So visitors tend to look in that same place when browsing through other sites.
Some of those who are just starting at this business may think they are doing pretty well already and thinking that their clickthrough rates and CPM figures are quite healthy. However, there are more techniques and styles to generate more clicks to double your earnings. By knowing these techniques and working them to your advantage, you will realize that you will be getting three times more than other people who have been previously doing what they are doing.
Finally, Adsense has some excellent tracking statistics that allows webmasters and publishers to track their results across a number of site on a site by site, page by page, or any other basis you wanted. You should be aware oft his capability and make the most of it because it is one powerful tool that will help you find out which ads are performing best. This way, you can fine tune your Adsense ads and focus more on the ones being visited the most rather than those who are being ignored.
Another thing you should know. Banners and skyscrapers are dead. Ask the experts. So better forget about banners and skyscrapers. Surfers universally ignore these kinds of ad formats. The reason behind this is that they are recognized as an advert and advert are rarely of any interest that's why people ignore them.
To really start making money with Adsense, you should have a definite focus on what you wanted to achieve and how you will go about achieving them. As with any other kind of business ventures, time is needed coupled with patience.
Do not just ignore your site and your Adsense once you have finished accomplishing them. Spare some time, even an hour, making adjustments to the Adsense ads on your sites to quickly trigger your Adsense income.
Give it a try and you would not regret having gotten into Adsense in the first place.

If you have an Adsense network then you need to get busy NOW translating your sites. Google will display foreign language Adsense on your new pages, again AUTOMATICALLY, boosting your Adsense revenue.

Open up a whole new revenue stream by getting rankings and traffic in foreign language search engines easily, in fact it doesn't get any easier. For those of us that are native English speakers the foreign language search engines are a greatly under utilized market.
Lets
take just one language example. The Chinese Internet audience was estimated at 100 million in 2005 and it's growing fast. Simply being listed in the Chinese search engines and reasonably ranked will make a significant impact on your site traffic.

Think about it.
How much more trusting are you of a site that has taken the time to translate its content into multiple languages? Even if you don't speak any of those languages or even visit those language pages. ;)
And get this, none English speakers want to read your content. They routinely use translation tools to read English language website content. By providing a translation feature right on your site you are bringing them one step closer to you and making it easier for them to get at your content and stay on your site. This is another sure boost in credibility from their point of view. ;)
Best of all you can get this script for just...
$9!
That's it! No more. At that price you really would be mad to pass this up!

Monetizing Your Website With Profitable Google Adsense!
A baut my, Thursday, May 14, 2009Many webmasters have been trying every avenue they could find their hands on to monetize their websites. These ranges from putting up affiliates links, image ads or banners to Google Adsense.
But how do you maximize your site's profits from these methods?
You can definitely make money by displaying those ads on your website. A very simple way to do it would be to contact other webmasters and directly selling your webspace to them. However, now you do not need to go through the traditional tedious way of getting ads revenue. You can now get that revenue directly from Google Adsense itself.
But How?
By earning some few dollars per click from displaying Adsense ads on it. Many are now realizing that good money is made from this source of revenue. Try the simple mathematical computation of multiplying those clicks for every page on your website and you get a summation of earnings equivalent to a monthly residual income with that little effort you have made.
Google Adsense is a fast and easy way for all web publishers to display relevant and context-based Google ads and earn money in the process. The ads displayed are related to what your users are looking for on your site. This is the main reason why you can both can monetize and enhance your content pages using Adsense.
How much you will be earning will depend on how much the advertisers are willing to pay. It will depend also on the keywords required. If the keywords the advertisers have chosen are in high demand, you could receive more dollars per click. Then again, low demand keywords will earn you just a few cents per click.
How can you start making profits out of your website using Adsense?
1. Sign up for an Adsense account. It will only take a few minutes of your time.
2. When the site is accepted, you will be receiving a clip code to include in your web pages. You can insert this code on as many pages or web sites that you want. The AdWords will start appearing immediately after.
3. You will be earning a few cents or some dollars per click when someone starts clicking on the AdWords displayed on any of your web
pages. Trying to earn false revenues by repetitively clicking on your own ads is a no-no. This will result in a penalty or the possibility of your site being eliminated. The money you have already earned may be lost because of this.
4. View your statistics. Adsense earnings can be checked anytime by logging into your web site account.
Once you got your account working, you may still want to pattern them to the many sites that are earning more money than you are. It is important to note that there are factors affecting how your website will perform and the amount of money it will give you.
It is a common practice that when a site earning money, the tendency is for the owner to want to make more out of what they are getting already. It usually takes some time combined with trial and error to attain what you want for your Adsense contents.
Time and some important factors that you can practice and use.
How do you increase your Adsense earnings?
1. Choose one topic per page. It is best to write content for your page with just a few targeted phrases. The search engine will then serve ads that are more relevant which will then result in higher clickthoughs.
2. Using white space around your ad. This can make your ad stand out from the rest of your page so visitors can spot them easily. There are also other choices of colors you can use, provided by search engines, which can harmonize the color of your ad with the web page color.
3. Test your ad placement. It is recommended to use the vertical format that runs down the side of the web page to get more positive results. You can also try both horizontal and vertical formats for a certain period of time to see which one will give you better results.
4. More content-based pages. Widen the theme of your website by creating pages that focus more on your keyword phrases. This will optimize the pages for the search engines. It can not only attract traffic but also make them more relevant for the AdWords to be displayed.
5. Site Build It. This is the perfect tool to be used for creating lots of Adsense revenues. Site Build It has all the tools necessary to quickly achieve a keyword-rich site that can rank high in the search engines. This will also produce a flow of traffic to your site of highly targeted visitors.

AdSense Profit From Google AdWords
A baut my, Wednesday, May 13, 2009Advertisements collected through Google AdWords system are shown on AdSense websites. When an AdSense publisher starts to buy traffic through Google AdWords for his AdSense site, he becomes an AdSense arbitrager. AdSense arbitrage is one of the AdSense business strategies that publishers could implement to make AdSense profit.
Is AdSense arbitrage a fraud to Google? No, Google allows AdSense arbitrage. As a matter of fact, the more AdSense arbitrage, the more Google could make from AdWords.
The success of AdSense arbitrage depends on the amount spend on traffic and the profits AdSense arbitrager gets from AdSense so long the cost of buying traffic does not exceed the earnings from the AdSense.
AdSense arbitragers need to make good profit from AdSense to cover the cost. One way to boost AdSense profit is by creating contents with high paying keywords. These contents normally get ads that pay higher. Therefore, high paying keywords are necessary for a successful AdSense arbitrage.
Keyword research tools such as Digitalpoint Keyword Suggestion Tool are used to locate the most searched keywords. With these keywords, AdSense arbitragers can obtain a list of high paying keywords using Google AdWords. By maximizing bid for each keyword, arbitragers can obtain the estimated highest cost per click (CPC) for each keyword.
However, the estimated highest CPC of each keyword obtained from AdWords does not reflect the real competition for that keyword. The highest bid price could be raised by one advertiser whereas majority advertisers are bidding for the same keyword at lower price. Besides, the estimated highest CPC could not reflect the true CPC of each keyword at regional level. Cost per click in different regions can be different as the competition for the same keyword in each region
varies. Nonetheless, based on this list of highest CPC, AdSense arbitragers are able to discover the potential market for arbitrage.
AdSense arbitragers will then build a website targeting a set of chosen high paying keywords. Proper use of meta tags, title text and good quality content would increase the relevancy of ads and hence help the website to get high paying ads.
Low paying keywords from the most searched keywords list are used in the AdWords campaign drive traffic to the new website. AdSense arbitragers can include as many low paying keywords as possible in AdWords campaign and start each keyword with a minimum bid.
Run the AdWords campaign for a week or two to get the average earning per click. Increase the bid price or broaden the low paying keywords list if it can increase your AdSense arbitrage profits. Many other form of paid traffic can be used for AdSense arbitrage. Many smaller pay per click search engines could bring decent traffic collectively for less money.
AdSense arbitrage depends on high click through rate (CTR). Well position and well blended-in ads will induce high click through rate. Quality contents that provide values will attract quality audiences. These targeted audiences are more likely to turn into customers for advertisers. The higher quality audience your website sends to advertiser's site, the less likely it would be smart priced.
The success of arbitrage can be shattered by unpredictable click through rate and fluctuation of keyword value. The cost spent on AdWords could easily exceed the profit from AdSense. The arbitrage process has to be monitored closely and constantly.
To capitalize the efforts and money spent on paid traffic, other form of monetized techniques such as affiliate marketing or name capturing form should be used to target those non converted AdSense audiences. With these mechanisms in place, efforts and money spent on paid traffic would not be wasted.

Say Goodbye to A Penny A Day AdSense Earnings Forever
A baut my, Tuesday, May 12, 2009AdSense earnings are the lifeblood of many internet marketers and the metaphorical thorn in the side for others. Often, despite their best efforts, some webmasters simply can not generate substantial AdSense earnings, and to be constantly bombarded with the success stories of others has moved beyond inspiring into irritating. Fortunately, many successful marketers are now sharing genuinely successful strategies for success in internet marketing, particularly using AdSense. If you have been frustrated with seemingly accidental AdSense earnings, this is the time to move beyond that frustration into success.
True success, be it on the internet or and other venture, is simply taking a systemic approach to problems repeatedly. Specifically, internet marketers must decide what they need (or want) to do, develop a realistic plan of action, make any number of attempts to find success using the plan, reach success, and then repeat the process. While some professionals are well known as being highly skilled in many fields, this is not the path for most of us. Find what works and repeat - again, and again, and again.
Finding a Purpose
To begin a new venture in hopes of greater AdSense earnings, it is important to find a purpose other than simply the monetary rewards. Internet customers are savvy and will see right through any simple money making schemes. To be successful, it is important to create a site or blog with personal interest. Your work should be in an area where you can devote the time and effort to feel true ownership of that material and to pass that feeling of ownership onto your visitors.
If you create blogs or sites which reflect your own passion or interests, the quality of the material produced will automatically be superior to the websites designed specifically for moneymaking schemes. Repeat visitors are every webmaster's dream, but you must give those visitors and readers something to come back to. Passionate and informed content is required for this purpose.
Making a Plan
If you have determined your purpose, it is time to develop a course of action. Presumably, you have an idea of your website's overall function and the topics which the site will contain, but it is important to match your ideas with the marketplace. Industry and market research should be the basis of the planning stage. Remember, your plan should be about building the website, not simply about AdSense earnings.
Quantity is assured throughout the industry, but a high-quality website will launch ahead of almost eighty percent of the competition. Research the gaps within industry niches and streamline your general ideas and topic into one of those gaps. If there is an existing need, your website will be positioned strongly simply by the economics of supply
and demand.
You can locate gaps and niches by studying and selecting the most relevant keywords to optimize for your site, and by studying the competition. Remember, there is no purpose in doing what everyone else is doing. Find a way to approach an industry or topic differently and more effectively than the competition.
Try, Try Again
The purpose is in place, and the plan is sound. Be aware that even the best plan might take some time to get off the ground. It is more common to fail in business than to succeed, so don't let discouragement set in. If your first, third, or tenth attempt proves to be less than desirable all around, including AdSense earnings, find the areas that are having some success, build those up, and tweak the nonperformance areas for improvement.
It is easy to fall into the trap of providing low or moderate quality content in hopes of being spidered more quickly or tapping into the benefits of page rankings. Remember, however, that customers will not come back if there is nothing for them to come back to. Write for people, not machines. Prepare meaningful content, not something so laden with keywords it no longer makes sense. Spiders don't click through ads generating your desired AdSense earnings, faithful readers do. Make the site for your readers, and you will be well ahead of the rest of the pack.
Mastery
If you have committed yourself to creating quality material with a genuine value and purpose for your readers, everything will fall into place. To speed the process along, you should always do a bit of public relations and marking for your new creation in the form of press releases and article distribution. This is especially true if your website is primarily article or blog based.
What better way to showcase the quality of your material than by distributing it for others? Build the website with a specific purpose in mind, other than your AdSense earnings of course, and if you follow through on the commitment to excellence, success will follow. Your website will gain popularity through more important means than simple searches in the search engines. Word of mouth and recognition for other notables within the industry will drive the success of your program, and the monetizing attempts you've included, such as AdSense earnings, will simply grow with the site.
Repeat
Success indicates a solid business model. The tracking you've done throughout the discovery process is now crucial to repeating that success. Maintain the same goal of material with genuine value, but take your plan to the next interest.
Isolate a few keywords within another interest or passion, and use your business plan to drive the new niche to success. As each website or blog develops a following, AdSense earnings will grow along with the site's popularity. Each additional success will simply add to your arsenal of high-quality, heavily trafficked, monetized websites, and you will bask in the warmth of success at last.

Google Adsense: How to Apply for the Program and Important Info on Paying Taxes
A baut my, Monday, May 11, 2009Nowadays, more and more people are starting their own websites or blogs. Whilst it is relatively inexpensive, with thousands of cheap hosting companies to be found, it seems a waste not to put your site to work properly for you and earn some proper cash from it
Applying for a Google AdSense account is quick and easy for any interested webmaster. Just point your browser to google.com and click on apply. Click on the drop down arrow under account type and select individual or business. If you are not sure which to choose, simply click on the question mark to the left. Next, select your country or territory.
Under website information, you are asked to insert your primary URL. If you have your own website, list it here e.g. yoursite.com. If you are using a blogging site such as blogger.com your blog URL goes here.
Now you need to select your website`s primary language. Google AdSense supports Chinese (simplified), Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish (so there's just about something for everyone!)
Next you should select the product you want on your pages. AdSense for Content means you will have advertising targeted to the content on your pages. For example, if your website or blog is about wooden garden fencing, you might have fencing ads on your page. AdSense for Search allows you to add a Google search box to your pages (see example below). To maximize your Google
AdSense earnings, I would advise you to have both.
You just need to complete the usual contact information and you`re done. You should receive an email within two or three days informing you whether your application has been approved. N.B. Many of you may have bought or acquired ready to go websites that include a Google AdSense version and a non-Google AdSense version, my advice would be to upload the non-Google AdSense version first and then use this to apply for AdSense. When Google check out your site for approval it could hamper your chances of being accepted if you have Google AdSense coding already on your site.
Do I Have to Pay Taxes on My Google AdSense Earnings?
Google Adsense is required by law to collect tax information from those who participate in the program. If you are a business, you will be asked to insert your EIN number on your application. If you are an individual, you will be required to insert your social security number. If you do not have this information when you initially sign up you can still apply for the Google AdSense program. However, Google AdSense will withhold payments to you until they receive the required information.
While Google does not withhold taxes or provide any tax advice, they will send you a 1099 once your earnings reach a certain figure. Of course, if you are a Non-US business and have no business activity in the United States, you will not need to provide this information. For further tax information regarding the Google AdSense program, visit the Google AdSense Support site. For other tax-related questions or concerns, you can log onto irs.gov

What To Do When Your Adsense Revenue Sucks
A baut my, Sunday, May 10, 2009Getting paid for Adsense Ad clicks is a very popular monetization model for many website owners. There's just one problem...most websites earn very little money from Adsense and their owners can't seem to do much about it
So, how do you 'really' increase your adsense revenue?
Here is the question I get a lot from my coaching students...
How can I increase my Adsense income when the only pages I rank well for in the search engines have low value keywords on them?
In other words, my site ranks well for little used keywords, but hardly registers at all for pages containing high value keywords that attract high Adsense click amounts.
A great question, and here's the solution.
Build lots of pages that you can rank well for in the Search Engines (using high profitability keywords from say Wordtracker) and then use the content you write to send people to other articles on your site that promote these high value high cost-per-click Adsense ads.
For example, at the end of an article on a page with an easier-to-rank-well-for keyword, put a note that says -
'Readers who liked this article on Making Your House A Welcoming Home have told us they also enjoyed our article on Building A Financial Fortress Around Your Assets because they had no idea that they were at such a risk of losing everything they'd worked so hard for.'
...and include a link to another article on a page containing Adsense ads for asset protection, financial planners, lawyers and associated services that have a very high value per
click.
This way you don't have to rank well for the most popular keyword phrases in your niche, but your visitors still get to click on your high value ads earning you higher Adsense revenue and making you much happier about your website's performance :-)
And of course, remember that once you have your subscriber's name and email address, you can write articles containing high value keywords with good Adsense click payouts and then direct your readers to those pages in your newsletter.
That way, your subscribers have to visit the page you want them to go to in order to read your article. If they click on one of your Adsense ads, you'll earn a good commission...
When you have your visitor's name and email address, you're in the drivers seat instead of just hoping people visit the pages with the high value keywords on them. You have a lot more control over what your readers see and where they go when they are on your website.
Hope is not a business strategy. You have to plan your visitor's experience, and having their name and email address is the best place to start...
To sum up...
1. Getting every visitors' name and email address into your database is a pivotal part of turning your website into a profitable business. It is the one goal you should focus on above all else...it's that important!
2. Create the path you want your visitors to take as they move through your website and control their experience by directing them to where you want them to go.
3. Build a long term relationship with your readers and they will reward you with a lifetime income stream that just keeps growing as you do less and less work every week.

Earn Money with Google Adsense and Wordpress
A baut my, Saturday, May 9, 2009If you have a business in online marketing using Google Adsense and affiliate marketing then you should consider using Wordpress as a basis for your site.
Wordpress is a blogging platform that can also be used as a Content Management System (CMS). Getting content online with Wordpress is quick and easy, and managing your content is a breeze.
Wordpress has an administration panel known as 'dashboard' which allows you to write and manage posts and pages in a simple wordprocessor like fashion. Dashboard also allows you to manage categories and all other aspects of your site.
The really great thing about using Wordpress as a basis for your adsense website is how customizable it is. Many thousands of different templates (or 'themes') are freely available to Wordpress users, and many of these include adsense blocks in optimal positions for maximizing your clickthrough rate. This means that creating an adsense website can be as simple as uploading a adsense ready theme to your server. This leaves you with more free time to concentrate on writing quality content for your website!
Some Wordpress themes that include adsense ad units and link units are also Search Engine Optimized
(SEO), which means that the pages of your site are constructed in the best way possible for search engine spiders, and also the pages are interlinked in such a way as to ensure the search engines can reach all pages of your site in the correct manner.
Wordpress also 'pings' many services for you through pingomatic each time you create a new post. This alerts the search engines to the fact that you have created new content and tells them to send the search engine spiders out to index your site. RSS feeds and sitemaps can also be generated automatically.
As Wordpress is a blogging platform it has built in functionality to allow visitors to your site to comment on the articles you write. This is great as it encourages user interaction and site 'stickyness'. Another often overlooked advantage to this is that your readers are creating more content on your website each time they leave a comment!
Thousands of 'plugins' are available for Wordpress - plugins bring extra functions to your site and are quick and easy to install. One super-useful plugin for affiliate marketers automatically turns words into links. It is easy to create a list of affiliate links and words that you would like them associated to.
Wordpress is the adsense and affiliate webmasters best friend!

Is Contextual Advertising with Adsense Dead?
A baut my, Friday, May 8, 2009Perhaps you've heard the cries lately that contextual advertising with Adsense and similar programs is "dead". This is the rallying cry of those who point out that recent policy changes for contextual advertisers significantly undermined the profit potential of thousands upon thousands of websites. Granted, some of those were legitimate websites, but most were "junk sites".
Let's look at the facts. What was recently done with contextual advertising programs was to establish separate bid structures for the Search and Content networks. The Search network is ads that turn up on the search engine results pages when you do a search engine search. The Content network is the ads that show up on web sites.
Prior to late 2005, prices were the same, so that advertisers who paid top dollar for certain search terms were also required to pay the same amount for click-throughs from ads they chose to simultaneously run on the Content network (which was optional).
The net result of the 2005 change was to dramatically cut into the income of many an owner of a machine-generated site. It had become very popular to buy a page generator for a few hundred dollars, "scrape" a bunch of content (either articles from public directories, or the search results straight from major search engines), and create a machine-generated "website" consisting of thousands of pages of duplicate content.
Nothing was new or unique, and the sites didn't really serve the needs of site visitors. Two people using the same software and keyword list would generate essentially identical sites, with relatively minor
differences, if any. So the search engine powers that be did two things. They changed the TOS of their advertising programs, and on the search side, they began a massive de-indexing of those machine-generated sites.
Then, in July of 2006, along came what has become known as the "Google Slap", wherein the minimum bid structure on the Content networks was raised for any website that did not achieve high enough "quality", based, among other things, on whether a website had unique content, and standard things such as a privacy policy and the contact information of the site owner.
Hardest hit were site owners who were buying traffic to "sites" that were little more than a squeeze page, but one-page sales letter sites were also hit hard, as were folks who were using "arbitrage" to buy inexpensive traffic and send it to a page that had higher paying contextual ads on it, hoping to profit from the revenue/cost difference.
So ... is Adsense (and similar programs) dead? Nope. All that is "dead" is the days when you could buy a $200 software program, generate hundreds of thousand-page "websites" per day, and expect each of them to in turn rake in your initial $200 investment on a daily or weekly basis. If you build high quality content sites that offer visitor value and unique, original content, contextual advertising is far from "dead".
You can also use other forms of monetization on your sites. Things like affiliate links, building an email list to sell your own or affiliate products, and lead generation for CPA offers work as well or better than ever. Recent events are a wakeup call to all of us not to put our eggs in one basket, and not to invest too heavily in the latest fad. As always, Content is King.

Google Adsense: Learning About the Program and the Most Important Rule
A baut my, Thursday, May 7, 2009How Does Google Adsense Program Work For Webmasters Wanting to Earn Income?
Advertisers pay Google when someone clicks on their ads which are placed on pages that contain text. For example, if you write content about lawn mowers, you will likely see ads from lawn mower manufacturers and/or retailers on that page. When someone clicks on those ads, the advertiser pays Google and Google pays you. Of course, the advertiser is hoping the person that clicked on the add will actually purchase the lawn mower or whatever they're offering.
In fact, Google is very strict about the integrity of this process. You are forbidden to click on your own ads. If you do, your Adsense account will be terminated and you might never get it back. You are also prohibited from asking others to click on
"your ads". It makes sense. Why would advertisers want to pay just so your friends and family could click on your ads when no one is really interested in purchasing the lawn mower or subject of the ad.
The good news is that it's
not necessary to "cheat." Google Adsense is so easy you'll make more money just going by the rules. Have or write interesting content that will turn up in search engines and you have "targeted" the right people to read those ads. Just think, somebody in Indiana buys a lawn mower and you get a commission!
What Not to Tell Others About the Google Adsense Program- The Most Important Rule
Sympathy only goes so far. Not only is it against the Google Adsense Program Policies but if you rely on friends and family
members to click on your ads instead of diligently working the program, you're cheating yourself, and the Google Adsense Program.
The "help me out" wail may work when your kid is selling outrageously expensive candles for the end of the year school party but it has no place in the Google Adsense Program.
Besides, if you're asking people to click on your ads, that means you're not optimizing your site for valid clicks as well as referrals. Use that same energy to polish your content and your site. When family and friends ask what you've been up to, you can proudly show them your hard work. When they see how excited you are, you'll see your referral revenue go up.
Google Adsense: When Do I Get Paid Using Google Adsense?
Google Adsense pays you approximately 30 days after the end of the month in which you become eligible to receive payment. You become eligible for payment only when your Adsense account reaches at least $100.00. Suppose, for example, you started in January and at the end of the month you had not yet accumulated $100.00 in your Google Adsense account. You would then need to wait and see if your January and February earnings combined equal $100.00. If they do, you would be paid approximately 30 days after the end of the month of February, that is, you could expect payment near the end of March.
Another good reason to also use Adsense for Search is that you get to combine the earnings to reach the $100.00 payout minimum. So if your earnings for Adsense for Content do not reach $100.00 in time for the current payout, but when combined with your Adsense for Search earnings they do meet the payout minimum, you will be paid accordingly.
